Returns are accepted only if Goods are in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation. Damaged or excessively used Goods will not be refunded. Cancellation rights do not apply to: custom-made Goods, perishable Goods, items unsealed for health or hygiene reasons, Goods mixed with other items after delivery, or digital content started with your consent and acknowledgment of lost cancellation rights.
